GBI paid for a product I never received I paid for a product well over month ago, my card charged never received anything. Emailed company multiple times and received 1 response, that my item shipped. However they created a label but never shipped my item. Buyer beware! I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shameful!! Learned a valuable lesson with this company.

GBI made an appointment at 12:30 PM I made an appointment at 12:30 PM. They receptionist called me right away to get things set up. Seemed to be going fine. She told me the doctor was calling so she got off the phone. I waited and waited and called a few times to see what was going on. It took a whole 2hrs and 40min for the doctor to actually get a hold of me…..

GBPhysician Never Arrived For Virtual Appointment Made virtual appointment for 1:00pm. Completed all the forms and visited the online portal to meet with the physician. He never showed up. I waited 1/2 hour. I had to take time off work for the appointment. I attempted to chat via their website but nobody responded. I had to call their office and then wait for a physician to call me back. More time off work. Charged full price plus lost paid time at job. Waiting for medical card.
