Great Class with Great Instructors I had taken the course before and it was just about reading the materials and taking the quizzes. While this may work for others, I needed more. With the online classes and the instructors I learned so much more. Having the ability to ask questions and get real answers interacting with the others in my class was very valuable. Lastly I have watched the videos with Sam and filled in lots of blanks.

A Very enlightening enjoyable and progressive experience. My Instructor Danette Foster was amazing, very knowledgeable and instructive in course material, and explained everything to in detail. Made the class enjoyable in its simplicity. Also it was really nice meeting Joe Marella. He offered the school facility to be utilized for studying and also offered resources to help us progress through out the course and preparation for the state exam.

Ms. Josephine Miller Mr. Derek McNeal was an awesome teacher.

Highly recommend I took an in person class that was thought by Danette Foster who was professional, informative and to the point. The in person classes and Sam’s chapter review videos online were enough for me to pass the state and national portions of the exam on the first try. The staff does their job by teaching you exactly what will be on the exam and what you need to learn, you have to do your part and study the material that is provided to you.

Ms. Kim Johnson, my Instructor >Real Estate Broker Class, Nov-Dec 2021 Ms. Kim. Johnson was very knowledgeable on the subject of Real Estate from the beginning of class until the very end. I would offer present day situations involving a Realtor. She would search inwardly into her experience and share with her class, then supply me with what Real Estate Law Act states. I had a thirst for combining book knowledge to a real world situation. Also she shared about Networking, planning, patience, and listening to our client/or principal, such as explaining C,O,L,D,AC rules. That is all, Thank you
