10/10 What I really enjoyed and appreciated from CRES are all the tools available when taking the all online course. You guys offer everything from study review videos, practice test questions, flash cards etc. These tools were very helpful and informative when doing the self teaching portion. Also the online support every time I had a questions. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't enjoy that the course offered and I thank you CRES for offering opportunities for people and myself included to educate themselves and get their real estate license.

Sam is an incredible teacher Sam is an incredible teacher. I came to class ready to absorb all that he taught us. This material isn't always fun but Sam made it interesting with his backstories. Come prepared to listen, write and learn.

Ms. Kim Johnson, my Instructor >Real Estate Broker Class, Nov-Dec 2021 Ms. Kim. Johnson was very knowledgeable on the subject of Real Estate from the beginning of class until the very end. I would offer present day situations involving a Realtor. She would search inwardly into her experience and share with her class, then supply me with what Real Estate Law Act states. I had a thirst for combining book knowledge to a real world situation. Also she shared about Networking, planning, patience, and listening to our client/or principal, such as explaining C,O,L,D,AC rules. That is all, Thank you

Thank you Chicago Real Estate School… Thank you Chicago Real Estate School for a good experience. I am new to learning the field and my instructor, did an amazing job expressing the in's and out's of the industry according to the book. My least favorite part was the classroom location. There were so many distractions during class time. Construction right outside the door and above our heads, along with fitness room next door, playing loud music( which is understandable) but the walls are too thin. Plus at times, they came out in the hallway to exercise. Consider renting a more quieter space. Thanks

Great and knowledgeable instructors Great and knowledgeable instructors. Sam is very knowledgeable and makes the material easy to understand. I took the self study online course; all I did was watch the chapter videos and follow along. Quizzes and practice exam were very helpful and similar to the state exam questions. I Passed state and National exams first try.
