Poor customer service The Onmi customer service definitely needs to be improved. I have attempted to reach them many, MANY times... and have not received a single response. The patches were not much help to me, sleep-wise; I refuse to do business with a company who happily takes your money, but doesn't provide customer responses in a timely manner... or, at all.

Product arrived on time Product arrived on time. Nicely packaged. I did not, however, receive the advertised 50% discount on my first order. I have sent two emails. No response. Please advise. Thank you. Jennifer

Disappointed Paid to have the product shipped to me in 4 to 6 days and I will not get it for 8 days. So why did I pay for early arrival when I could have saved my extra money cause it is NOT getting to me any faster. I have sent 2 emails to you but with absolutely no response back. You where HIGHLY recommended to me and what a huge disappointment you turned out to be. I can't comment on how the patches work because I still DONT have them.

I've tried a few of these patches and… I've tried a few of these patches and this is the first one (Energy) where I actually felt energy all day. No jitters, just alert and awake. Will subscribe & try and replace coffee with these.
