Success in Your Real Estate Investing There is nothing better for a real estate investor than to hear, “you’re clear to close”. Signing those papers of multifamily or apartment ownership may be a dream to some but Not to me. The education, mentorship, mindset training and relationships for partnerships I have acquired at WoW is second to none. WOW - What’s their secret sauce? So grateful to be a WOW student! I started in April 2022, in October 2022, I have acquired 34 units, and just went under contract for 24. I never could have done it without the incredible training program and one on one coaching. I don’t think there is a more comprehensive program… they teach you how to do market research, analyze deals, make offers, conduct due diligence, interview lenders, contractors and Property managers. They teach creative financing and JV partnership structure. And when you close, they teach you how to operate the asset. Their secret sauce?
