Do NOT waste your money Legit the worst service ive ever accessed. It took 22 hours to send the plans and they tried to charge me 5 bucks to expedite it... The recipes all had 2 ingredients, sardines and mushrooms, mince and mushrooms, cranberries and milk blended together... I have no diet restrictions at all. Absolute rip off, don't waste your money.
