The best investment I have ever made… The best investment I have ever made for myself. The Mindfulness Now teacher training was more than I hoped for and everything I could of wished for. The knowledge and willingness to share experiences of Nick and Maddie was inspiring and their presence felt more like that of an old trusted friend. I went into the week's training shy, nervous and feeling a little out of my depth and finished the week empowered and confident that I had the skills within me to help others on their mindfulness journey.

A superb course with humble and experienced facilitators. I attended the Birmingham Teacher Training course with Nick, Rachel and a guest teacher from Oxford. They all brought something different and held the space beautifully. I've attended and taught many courses in related field, so I am pretty fussy! I was not disappointed. And the experience for myself was elevating and revitalising. I plan on returning for a refresher or more courses.

The Mindfulness Now course run by Maddy… The Mindfulness Now course run by Maddy and Nick was an absolute delight from start to finish. The content and the way it was delivered was second to none. The course was delivered via zoom; this did not take away from the experience and all the participants and teachers were able to build a lovely rapport together. I can't recommend this course highly enough.
