I bought several sets a few years ago and they are still going strong, despite being used by six classes a day. I just bought more to replace the older non AVIS brand headphones in my lab so now I have 38 matching headphones. I like that there is volume control, the headphones fit a variety of head shapes and sizes from kindergarten to sixth grade, they are durable, the sound quality is great for the computer lab, and the cord is fabric-y so that it deters children from chewing on the cord. I recommend these headphones for a classroom!

damaged headphone bags Updated review: Encore just called and is sending replacement bags (I've already received the tracking number) for any that were damaged due to the tape. They're also going to notify their distribution warehouse to make sure it doesn't happen again. Great Customer Service! Boxes of headphones arrived promptly, however tape used to seal boxes was also attached to several headphone bags in each box we opened. This tore the headphone bags - which students used to store their headphones. Also, the headphone bags are really really thin, which resulted in them tearing easily when attached to the tape used to seal the boxes.

Pretty easy to order Very happy with the new headphones I ordered in past. They are much sturdier than some of the previous models ordered and with surprisingly good sound quality.
