The entire team was really accessible and responsive. They even offered accurate tech help when I needed it. And, amidst a big storm they went out of their way to make sure that my shipment arrived on time. It just doesn't get any better than this.

We had a special-order need on short notice for an important reunion show for our band, and Max made it happen. Fast Service and Great Guidance We were so pleased at how Media Express was willing to work with us under such short notice to help us author a DVD (during the Christmas season) and get it done in just a couple weeks so we could service our constituents.
