GBWe have 2 strands and one went out We have 2 strands and one went out. They told us we just had to purchase another strand but would give us a discount. They failed to tell me they changed the strands. It did not fit in the mounting strips we previously purchased from them. Would have been nice to know prior. Update: appreciate the follow up. I failed to mention we really like these lights. They are a great addition to our deck.
