Really happy with product. Package came relatively quick despite ordering during the holiday time. Got 2 pairs of gloves for my squad and absolutely loved that they sent little sprouts in the pack. Little unexpected things like that show just how grateful a company is to their customers. My boys absolutely loved the gift and seeing my one boy do glove shows an hour after getting his gift made it all worth it.

A glovely experience I don't put my name on anything, but this company's sticker is literally on the flap of my wallet next to my ID. They send a sticker out with almost every order along with the sprouts. <3 They do very straight forward business and will assist you as long as it takes. Considering how long it takes to fully get the most out of these gloves, that is above and beyond customer service. I've been gloving almost 2 years and I have never had to go anywhere else. Throwlights Customer Support is fantastic Throwlights Customer Support is extremely prompt in responding to any question or concern I have had. For example: - I had a light lose some of it's functionality and I messaged them asking for advice. After briefly explaining the issue, they immediately made my set whole again by shipping another light to me. This was all within hours, and well outside normal business hours. - I ordered the wrong batteries with my Apollo V2's, so I created a separate order with the correct ones. Afte reaching out to them, they took the initiative and asked me if I would like to combine the orders (and save shipping). Would recommend if you are getting back into, or just starting to glove.
