VERY FAST DELIVERY These Tenergy rele batteries… These Tenergy rechargeable batteries seem to be working very well, most, are still on the initial charge, but a few have been recharged and operate just fine . The last time I ordered I complained about the excessively ong delivery time, via Fed Ex. So, this time around, I feel I owe it to Tenergy, & FED EX, to compliment everyone involved for getting these to me, in RECORD TIME . I VERY SELDOMLY GET THINGS THAT FAST . THE FED EX TRACKER SAID 3 DAYS, AND THEY MEANT IT ! VERY SPEEDY DELIVERY ! VERY MUCH IMPROVED . THANKS

Affordable Your recent discount helped make great batteries affordable. The handling of the package by FedX economy or whatever was very rough. The package arrived smeared all over in black grease on the outside, but at least you had wrapped in strong paper. The handling was so rough that all but a couple AAA batteries were still in their box of 24. Perhaps putting an inch of scotch tape on the top and bottom box flaps might help keep the box ends from opening and having the batteries floating around and banging together inside the bag. They looked ok to me, but what should somebody look for in terms of the batteries in a situation unexpected like that?

Not what I expected!!! It said that expected shipping would be 5 to 7 business days and it's been 10 days now and it's still several states away. I called customer service and all they did was make excuses for the carrier they sent the package with instead of figuring out what happened to ensure my purchase was either on its way, or could be sped up! I love the products and thought I was making the right decision by going through the company itself but instead, I think it was a huge mistake! Need to swap to a reliable carrier!
