Excellent customer service and product Excellent customer service and a similarly excellent product. I had a few queries after my order and within a few hours had detailed responses back answering all my questions fully. Because this had delayed shipping slightly, the product was then rushed to me and I was hugely impressed at it - it's very solidly made well designed, and is doing its job perfectly and keeping my desk tidy. Good value for money too - I've paid more for lower quality hubs in the past. I'm very happy with my purchase and grateful for the support received.
