Great Customer Service and Good Rates After using Buyback Boss a couple of times, I would definitely use them again when I have another device to sell. Their rates are very fair and are a bit better than others I researched, and the customer service is very responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took ~10 days for my payment to be processed (after I sent an email to find out what the status was) even though the website says payment will be sent within 5-7 days. But, once I reached out, I was paid immediately and the payment process was simple. Overall, my experience with BuyBack boss was very positive.

The trade in process was easy The trade in process was easy. Where I got a pre paid label and they evaluated my device within couple days and deposited money via bank transfer. They are definitely trustworthy and I will consider them again for any trade ins I have in the future.

Total sham, in my opinion not a reputable company Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

I sent in my Google Pixel 6a I sent in my Google Pixel 6a in flawless condition. Had the phone since in a case since day 1 which was August of 2023. I get an email telling me that there are light yet noticeable scratches on the screen. How is that possible when I had a screen protector on it until I took it off just before I sent the phone to them. Then they lowball me by just under half of the original quote. I double/triple checked that screen & not 1 scratch was on there. From what I'm reading from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident
