Total scammer Total scammer, I ordered a water filter last month!! Never received it after 3 weeks tried to communicate with their invisible customer service. They said they gonna send another one without sending me a new tracking after one week. Finally, I requested where is the tracking number they sent me the old tracking number for last month. My money is on the air, never received the product and there’s no one to talk to as a customer service . Finally it arrived! After exactly one month ! Wile I was waiting I got one from Amazon!! And that one has weight also box was original and sealed this one box was tear apart and very funny. It was wrapped in the plastic the original we always buy never comes in a plastic so when it’s too good to be true, it is they are a scammer don’t buy from them. Thank God I got my refund. otherwise I would be so pissed because this one will go to the garbage right away.i want to share the pictures of it but im not sure how

I was put in contact with Aaron, and he quickly corrected the issue and I received the correct filters I needed within a few days. I purchased a four bundle package at a great price.
