GBI had a solar panel that Fedex broke… I had a solar panel that Fedex broke during shipment. I bought it from the Inverter Store and they drop shipped from AIMS. After emailing a picture of the broken panel and shipping label, the InverterStore/AIMS sent out a new one without any issues at all. Super great customer service!

GBGreat Communication I called to discuss the failure of a inverter that I bought a few years ago technician needed information that I needed to email him before a thorough diagnosis could be made. With winter coming on and the prior inverter lasted for four years and performed well I bought another while the failed one was getting repaired and would become a backup. Speaking to both the tech and sales lady everything went smooth. I recieved the inverter in three days by ground.

GBI have contacted the company about… The Inverter Store responded to me with clear instructions for returning the product I incorrectly ordered. I miss the response due to it not coming to my in box.

GBThe demo battery I received was… The demo battery I received was defective. According to the AIMSB bluetooth phone app, the battery shuts off at 60 % SOC. This is less than half the rated capacity. I shipped the battery back to AIMS yesterday at my own expense. I ask that the shipping charges be reimbursed. I will order a replacement battery. Just not a demo. Since this is the second bad battery I have received, I would strongly advise checking these batteries for correct function before selling them. On the plus side, customer service went above and beyond to keep lines of communication open and to remedy the situation. For that alone they should be commended.
