GBI have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade I have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade, and for reliable equipment, equipment represented well, delivery and sales they are great. I haven't dealt with their Technical group in the last three years, but to be able to contact their Technical group ( Aims Power ) three years ago was tough to get hold of a Technician. Back then, it was quite frustrating, since I run two 6,000 watt pure sine / stand alone projects here on my farm. One for our home, and one for my Garage with apartment and water wells. GBSolid Purchase Purchased a Pure Sine wave inverter and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. I like the fact that it comes with a remote on/off panel. I wish it had a auto-off feature that you could set it for a number of hours to avoid draining your batteries, but that's a future-feature request!

GBThe demo battery I received was… The demo battery I received was defective. According to the AIMSB bluetooth phone app, the battery shuts off at 60 % SOC. This is less than half the rated capacity. I shipped the battery back to AIMS yesterday at my own expense. I ask that the shipping charges be reimbursed. I will order a replacement battery. Just not a demo. Since this is the second bad battery I have received, I would strongly advise checking these batteries for correct function before selling them. On the plus side, customer service went above and beyond to keep lines of communication open and to remedy the situation. For that alone they should be commended.
