In the beginning I had my doubts that… In the beginning I had my doubts that this would help my vitamin D deficiency problems I can not take D internally as it causes me anaphylaxis. However, after using it only 2 months my D level has started to rise. God Bless!! It's raising slowly, which ifs far better than the fact that is was slowly declining to critical numbers over the past several years, way down into the 'teens.
