GBUnorganized and more difficult than it needed to be Address of pickup location unclear in listing. No store name. Once on site there were no signs that there was an auction pickup. The check-in process was slack. No receipts were given. There were dangerous conditions. Super wet floors in kitchen and no real organization of where to find your items. I never got e-mail confirmation of sale and I did not find it in spam.

GBAuction was good. Item pickup, not so much The auction itself was good, but when I arrived to pick up my items I had to find a way to take down my items from a 10ft wall. If I had been informed I’d have to disassemble the items, or that I needed to bring a ladder in order to reach them I would’ve been more prepared. I also saw others there picking up items that they had to disassemble as well. Just letting the auction winners know to bring their own tools in order to remove items would’ve been a big help.
