Samsung 3 and 4 I order a Samsung watch 3 which I was unable to connect to cellular service. The watch itself was in great shape but just wouldn’t connect. I called and explained my situation. They immediately issued me a return and I decided to try the Samsung 4 watch. It is perfect! It was in great shape (no scratches or marks), battery lasts 36 hours or so and I am extremely happy with my purchase. As a side note, my husband loved the watch 3 so much we decided to keep both!

I bought a refurbished charger I bought a refurbished charger. Came in looking new, but presented poor performance and upon closer inspection the ports were corroded and wasn’t acceptable. A4C responded quickly and issued a return form (prepaid) and gave a full refund. Very good customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased the speaker for my…grandson I purchased the speaker for my grandson's 12th birthday. I was very anxious regarding the quality because I read so many negative comments. I worried he would need help setting it up. Well ... 12-y/o's are much smarter than this gram. Less than 5 minutes he had it working. The sound is terrific. I'm thinking of getting one for myself!!
