GBEasy to Use Out of the box easy to set up, fast and able to run most games on Ultra settings. Windows 11 is easy to get used to, only issue is 16gb of RAM is a skosh low nowadays, but will do for 95% of people that are looking at purchasing this device. Anyone on the fence and looking for an upgrade, or maybe their first gaming PC can't go wrong with this one! Would recommend to a friend for sure!

GBI used to build all my PC's myself... I used to build all my PC's myself. But I'm so impressed! Blown away with the stats, the look & feel, features, and the attention to detail on the CyberPowerPC machines. Almost a little embarrassed at my inner nerd-ness. :-)

GBWhen it works, it's great, but if you have issues... Desktop has defective video card. Things happen. Getting it set up to have it replaced seemed to be smooth, then it all went at a snail's pace and i had trouble getting updates. Almost a month to get the new card shipped and to arrive with what I was told was an expedited, cross RMA. When the new video card arrived, it worked. I sent back the old one, had to follow up about the hold/charge on my cc, but it got worked out with an email. System looks and works as promised now, it just took a month+.

GBLower Expectations My overall experience with this company is just, meh. I custom ordered a $2k Gaming PC with all the bells and whistles. I paid extra for the "professional" wiring job and the foam shipping inserts. The PC arrived with zero damage so that was nice. However, on further inspection the wiring was a bit of mess. I was really dissatisfied with how "professional" the wiring was just clumped and zip tied together then smashed behind the wall. I also cannot control any of the RGB fans within the unit so they just stay a solid blue...If you work on and know PC's then these will probably be simplish fixes. The average consumer with little PC knowledge would not know unfortunatley.

GBThey They are the best for your PC needs I had them Build a computer a gaming computer for my grandson and he absolutely loves it and I was told about them by my oldest son who loves their equipment to. and there service so I will definitely do service and business with them in the future if I want to do some upgrade’s and vary fast shipping Time between building it, and getting it to me In a reasonable time.
