GBGaming PC that's held up great for 3 years CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD - White I purchased this prebuilt gaming just over 3 years ago today and I'm finally getting around to reviewing it. All I can say is I love this computer. It has held the test of time. By no means am I a hardcore gamer, but I still have all the original hardware from when I purchased it 3 years ago and have not had the need to upgrade anything at all yet. 100% would recommend.

GBNOT custom built I own a 5-year-old Cyberpower PC. Had some small problems with it when it arrived but they were quickly taken care of. I am looking to replace it. I went online to Cyberpower. I spected out a new unit costing about $3200. I want a 2 TB primary SSD and a 4TB secondary unit. The website would NOT let me spect it that way. I called sales support, told them what I wanted. Was told they do not do things that way....I would have to specify either two - 2TB SSDs or two 4TB SSDs. I told them that was not what I wanted. Told them I could get what I wanted from IBuyPower PC. I was told fine, go buy it from them. Is this what passes for Customer Service these days??? Needless to say....I will NEVER buy another Cyberpower PC.....EVER!!!!!

GBDO NOT BUY Ordered a $5k PC that worked for less than 3 weeks. Tried to get a refund and service and received the run around until "coincidentally" it was no longer within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee time frame. It has been in their "queue" to be worked on longer than it took the original build. My requests for a new replacement (since they can use used parts to repair the PC) were first approved - and then revoked.
