Transaction and shipping time was… Transaction and shipping time was great. Part arrived bent up a little bit and did no include the bag of hardware. I straightened the parts and scrounged up enough hardware to get the job done.

Wrong part I need assistance returning… Wrong part I need assistance returning this product was not compatible to this equipment. We verified model and serial and this part is not the right one. I had to order from somewhere else to get the customer going and now I need to return the incorrect part you sent us

A good experience A good experience, the only observation I want to make is that the packaging was very weak and does not provide security to the compressors. Of the 5 compressors, 1 arrived with a bent leg and the suction inlet dented.

Paid an extra $105 for two day… Paid an extra $105 for two day shipping, after 3 days the package still did not arrive. I called to get a refund on the extra shipping charge and was told they were not responsible. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. Won’t use this company again.
