Problem with Customs but good product I’ve bought the Stack of WN one year ago and today I’ve received my package after the second try... But the product is really good so for that I’ve set 3 stars and not 1!

I don't think this product is worth all the hassle. Wish the team would focus on delivery as much as they do marketing.

Product is fine Product is fine. But don’t order if you live in the UK my tracking just stopped after a week so after 2 and a half weeks I had to pay over £30 to get my package. (Which I know isn’t the companies fault. My issue is I had tried to contact them via their website , messenger,email, and Instagram over 10 times to firstly see where my package was, and then after receiving it, it was missing one pot and the other was wrong! I was told after an other few attempts to make contact I would get a refund, this didn’t happen so I asked again. I was told again yes refund is coming, after a few weeks I said how unhappy I was and threatened to take things further and surprise, my refund came. Shame as it’s a good product
