Field of Greens I have been taking Field of Greens for over a month now and my wife has seen such an improvement in my health, she has begun to take the product also. Shipping and customer service have been on par with well run companies. Ted & Shemane Nugent are spot on to promote such a positive health product.

Poor Communication and Email Responses The email response time for this company is horrible! There is no customer service phone number, so I’ve been emailing them since Nov. 4, 2023 to have some of my concerns answered and then finally, just to request cancellation of my acct. As of today, Nov. 14, not one of my emails have been responded to. I’ve had to open a dispute with my payment company. Poor customer service!

Great Company, Great Products! I am a huge fan of this company. Not only have I found their products to be some of the best on the market, but their customer service team is also so helpful and quick to respond. They are happy to answer any questions you may have about their products - you can tell they really care about their customers! I also love that they continue to add new products to their lineup. I continue to have great experiences with them and will definitely keep ordering their products.

Beware!! Beware!!! I ordered two products and they kept my credit card details and charged me for more products without my permission. Despite promising to issue me with a refund they never have and now I have to go raise a dispute with my bank. Bryan Wiseman, Australia

Amazing customer service I can't say enough good things about these guys. I bought one of their offerings as a birthday gift for a parent, and was very saddened a week later when I learned she had never got it after it was marked as arrived - someone had stolen it. I intended to buy a replacement, and asked the company if there was a more secure way to send it, and was greatly surprised when they offered to send a replacement free of charge. They really went the extra mile.
