Overall after buying two of the Hey… Overall after buying two of the Hey Abby boxes I would say the app is horrible. Not user friendly at all. Plus I had an auto seed my first try. I did exactly what the app said trimmed it when I was supposed to. Well, apparently you’re not supposed to trim auto seeds so after 13 weeks and a nice looking plant I had to cut it down because I guess I put too much shock, but I followed that App. So if I was at my overall experience, it would be less than a two.

Not worth the money .I have 2 boxes… Not worth the money .I have 2 boxes constant problems with them both. One motherboard had to be replaced because the leap year threw it into a death spin. After I had to take the machine apart and replace the motherboard ..(hopefully if anybody has to do this you have tools and are able to perform this task because they sure as heck won't be helping )it continued to blink red ..I tried calling the support line for a few days staying on hold for up to an hour with no luck.they will only respond online and up to a day wait so real time answers are not available..the big could be so much better but they fail to deliver ..limited grow space ,no smell control so don't think that it has that if you order . No temp control ,no humidity control . The app has constant issues . Your best bet is to buy a grow tent and a charcoal filter ..your growing life will be so much easier . Hey abby is an expensive box with a light inside of it .

No internet No problem Past weekend no internet but Hey Abby customer support got me through with no adverse conditions. Support team answered every query, NEVER felt alone. This system has given me great results in the past and I expect nothing less looking ahead. Best purchase ever!
