GBComplete scam and a fire hazard Heyabby is a complete scam the units do not work and to top it off they’re a huge fire hazard. They have no safety shut offs and they overheat very badly, all fans will shut off and lights will come in at random times. I found out first hand they have no support and the subscription service is fake. My unit has never worked and they will try to convince you that they can see it’s working fine from their end which is a blatant lie. They offered after almost burning my house down to fix the unit after weeks they finally sent out a fake tracking number and said the part was delivered. I have a front door camera for starters so I can see no one showed at my house to deliver anything on the day in question. The order did not have my address and the contact number for the supposed delivery company while have a spot for it was missing. This company is a fraud the positive reviews you see are most likely all paid. People should start contacting the attorney generals office on this company as they already have multiple complaints stop letting these companies get away with selling dangerous fake products.

I have two units and plan on getting a black unit just waiting for them to drop and drop in price maybe Black Friday. There Abby team and service is amazing the discord is filled with incredible people and helpful people. I recommend this to everyone.

I can’t put into words the satisfaction of growing my own product from seed to finished product. It’s extremely simple, but you do have to put some time into learning the process, which for me was part of the enjoyment. But for me the best part of this whole experience has been the customer support. I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a response, some being within minutes. They have helped me with a few rookie mistakes and made my overall experience wonderful. I will soon be setting up another Hey Abby once I decide which one I want.
