A very nice person as well as all-about-her-people. Echo has helped me any number of times in the recent past. From time to time, any product we buy can find itself needing an adjustment of some sort. Or even a replacement part. The more complex a system is, the more chance there will at some point require customer assistence. Just a fact of life. Echo has taken care of every warranty issue I’ve ever had at Radioddity. Parts, advice or obtaining factory assistence. Echo is tops in her field, and a really sweet person, too.

UV9G not transmitting on Ch 15 I discovered that my UV9G didn't transmit on Ch 15 Friday night well after business hours. I email support not expecting anything until Monday morning. within 24 hrs I had the firmware solution in my inbox with instructions. The solution worked and the support was extreamly fast. Thank you support team my radio is working perfectly now.
