Great customer service Bought an amp from Soundlive. Unfortunately after buying a Fender Champion 20 amp I recieved and email to inform me that the only amp left was ex display. I spoke to Sean and and he had a look at the amp while i was on the phone and described any faults or defects (of which there were none). I was very impressed with there customer service and communications. AAA+ Highly recommended

The 3 Ps Price Performance and Pleasure Price was the best around and the delivery was second to none. I purchased a Squiers Vintage Modified Stratocaster HSS and it preforms perfectly after a little tuning also I purchased a Roland cube 40GX amp and that also meets my expectations and gives me so much pleasure. I w3ill be using Sounds live for all my guitar products in the future.

What's not to like? Having trawled the internet and been unable to find the product I wanted for under £35.00 plus ridiculous postage I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this for 29.95 with free postage. Easy ordering process, fast delivery and to top that off, up to 15% off my next order. What is there not to like. I assume the product will meet expectations but won't know that until Christmas day.

Great price, quick dispatch and free delivery; would definitely use again. Purchased a Boss MR80 unit. Cheapest price I could find on line and free delivery too. Ordered on Wednesday evening, dispatched Thursday morning, delivered Friday morning. Got an email when it was dispatched, and a text first thing in the morning with an hour widow for delivery. Also had the opportunity to leave extra instructions for delivery (leave with neighbours please etc). The website was dead easy to use and quick. All in all perfect service and great price. Will definitely use and again and would recommend anytime.

Gretsch 5420 Guitar Its hard to find companies who deliver 100% satisfaction these days but this is one of them.From talking to the very helpfull staff over the phone to the actual delivery was excellent.I live in KENT and ordered the guitar on line at 11am on 29 december it was delivered next day at 9am,i cannot praise the service enough.Will definately recommend and use again.Thanks to everyone involved.
