Big disappointment Big disappointment. Sent a phone in pristine condition, they claim it's got issues and offer less than half the original price or they'll send it back. What are you going to do? Take the weak offer and move on. Sorry, can't recommend.

A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS A very simple process, just input your phone information, they give you a quote if it meets your price, then agree, give them your Paypal email and they give you a USPS Priority Mail label. You package your phones and mail them out, definitely track your package and when they receive it and in a day you have your money in your Paypal account. BEST THING they sent me more money because of the condition of our iPhones. Will definitely work with OCBuyBack again!

Seller Beware I believe I fairly rated each of the 5 devices I sent to OCBuyBack. After receipt, all 5 devices were downgraded or declared to be damaged. I truly believe this was inaccurate and fraudulent in 4 of 5 cases. I received less than half of the price as was originally quoted. I will never recommend this service to my friends and co-workers, in fact, I will warn them of this scam.
