Easy contacting my relatives in Europe when I arrive in London We are visiting our relatives in England, Italy (South and North) and Germany. I was looking for a phone where I can easily call individual relatives when I arrive in each of these European countries as well as call home in the US. My friend Dave recommended that I look into the eurobuzz phone. He told me he purchased a eurobuzz phone some time ago when he started traveling outside the US. I feel much safer now knowing that I have a phone that I can easily contact my relatives in Europe and call home when I need to. John Cappello

Sure Beats Other Services We've Dealt With While Planning Our Trip To France While planning for our vacation and running out of time (3 more days to go), we've had to deal with (a) USPS sending Priority packages- containing our passports- to the wrong ZIP code and (b) USPS losing our Paris Museum Passes. Fortunately, Eurobuzz delivered as promised and we now at least have2 of their phones to use. We haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they charged quickly on the provided adapters and seemed to start up just fine.

Quick delivery, Wonderful response to email questions, happy with hardware After searching the web for solutions to cell phone while in Europe we decided on EuroBuzz because of the single rate for everything. We received the standard phone (SIM card already installed) plus a second SIM card for a different unlocked phone. Everything seems to work fine. Email response to questions was within 12 hours which is more than acceptable. We expect everything to work well when we get there next month. Couldn't be happier.

Everything was as ordered I received the phones promptly without having to pay for expedited shipping. The SIM card was already in the phone and since it came with the free adapter set I was able to charge the phone up immediately. I also took advantage of their order for two phones for the price of one which also included a 2nd adapter kit. I couldn't be more pleased with the product. Phone is perfect size to put in your pocket since we will be doing alot of individual sight-seeing and touring.

Good news and not-so-good news about Eurobuzz The good news is that my Eurobuzz phone was easy to order and arrived promptly and was easy to set up and worked very well in the UK. The not-so-good news is that my calls consistently dropped when I dialed from the bus-stop area at Dublin airport and there were quite a few areas in Ireland where I could not get any service at all. That said, I'm still open to, and looking forward to trying my Eurobuzz phone in other locations in Europe.
