No problems Bought an SSD. They had the best price at the time by a decent bit. Processing took a day longer than expected, but shipping took a day less, so that evens out. Packaging was fine and the drive works as expected; no complaints.

I had a wonderful customer experience! The company was professional and the items were delivered sooner than promised. I will purchase from them again in the future. I found them on Best Buy Marketplace and they had good reviews glad I bought from them. Next time though I'll use there direct website and not go to the Best Buy Marketplace I find Best Buy's site very slow.

Hope you don't need to return your items I ordered a touch screen monitor, however the monitor that was sent was not touch screen. It's been over two weeks now and the customer service department has not responded two any of the emails I have sent. Since they will not take returns without authorization I'm basically left with no options and my window for the return is slowly closing!

Samsung SSD 850 EVO from ATD I found ATD Computers through Google shop by looking for a Samsung 850 Evo, and this shop had lowest price. I ordered this SSD at Friday or Saturday on evening, and at first business day I got a tracking number for my package. Item arrived a little bit earlier than planned, and SSD is working as it should be. So my experience with ATD Computers shop is positive.

Unbelievable! I have never had such a great experience with a company! They even called to double check everything so there were no mistakes. The woman was very polite and professional. I received the part within the estimated time period and there were no shipping defects!
