Amazing customer service! I haven't even gotten a part from Parts Dr but I wanted to talk about how amazing company is! They communicated with me on a Sunday and Easter for that matter. Chris continued to trouble shoot with me on how to figure out what part will fit my dishwasher! Will definitely continue to work with this company for our part needs.

Helpful (Official) parts site, but Amex not accepted Overall very streamlined and helpful (official) parts shopping experience. They payment section could be much faster if it was 1. obvious that AMEX is not accepted (had to go through entire card entry to find out it was not) and 2. Once second card (Visa) was entered...CVV and other fragments (exp date) from Amex card stayed in the critical areas, so the second attempt was not accepted. Had to enter data 3 x to get the sale to go through. good UX work could have prevented that. I almost abandoned the cart.

Parts Dr GE Profile Refrigerator Parts Dr. had some excellent YouTube videos regarding my GE Profile refrigerator. It showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. I entered my refrigerator’s model number, and it took me directly to the part I needed.
