GBSuperior Customer Service It sure is nice to have a fantastic experience from start to finish with a company. I have (4) 100 amp 12v Lithium's for my Trolling Motor and electronics and a 135 amp for cranking. I just received the 4 bank marine charger and I have to say the charging speed is unbelievable. They threw in some boat stickers and I am super happy to add them on. I have had a wonderful experience with their customer service answering questions and providing support. Highly recommend Dakota Lithium - The Little Blue Pill of Lithium Batteries. LOL

GBDakota poor quality and customer service lemon Purchased a battery hat never worked fro the jump. Took several calls, left messages and e mails to have them trouble shoot the battery. It was ruled as faulty. It was purchaesed thru Dakota on Amazon. I had to pay several hundred dollars and find a shipping broker to send it back due to it being a lithium battery 36v. UPS, Fed ex or DHL would not accept it, and the company does not supply return labels for easy returns. I drove 3 hours to the only shipping broker in the state.that would take it back. The broker reported having several unsatisfied customers from Dakota. Do not buy a 36v battery from this company! I will update if my problem with my 2k battery is resolved properly.

GBBought two of the 60AH for my Garmin… Bought two of the 60AH for my Garmin Force 24volt trolling motor can troll 7-8 hours spot lock in wind using medium to high speed the acid batteries these replaced would be weakened after that much time. get home and hook up charger and within minutes the lithium’s are back to full charge barely put a pull on them bought a third one for cranking big motor and electronics. These three batteries weighing 16 pounds each took 82 pounds off the back of the boat. Big difference in how the boat performs. They’re awesome!

GBBest Luitum Battery Company I ordered two 12v 100ah batteries from Dakota Lithium Batteries. Best decision I've made.. Best customer service and quick service and shipment. Plus they send you emails on how to take care of your batteries and all the info you need about your battery.. I'll be a future customer again in the near future.. Thanks Cory Williams

GBI want to take a minute to highly… I want to take a minute to highly compliment one of your technical advisors….Shaun LaGarry. One of the ports on my 4 bank charger was not working; he walked me through some trouble shooting tips but we ultimately discovered it was a bad port. He quickly got another charger on the way to me, and also helped me upgrade from the DL+ 60ah to the DL+ 135ah battery. He is very pleasant to work with, took great care in my troubles, moved quickly to fix it and was apologetic that it happened. He is a credit to customer service overall and reinforced my decision to go with Dakota Lithium. Not to mention, very excited about improved boat performance. Looking forward to the DL+ 135ah with the Bluetooth feature! April 15, 2024
