What a strange year Great customer service. Shall we say that 2020 was an extraordinary year. EVERYTHING was impacted by the Pandemic. The wait for our new GE Refrigerator was excruciating long. But Slyman Brothers was at the mercy of the factory. When they received it, they promptly installed it!

Refrigerator sold by Ian Moreland....great experience! Ian was wonderful. His knowledge and expertise made our shopping experience very easy. Needed a refrigerator, but worried about the size....he came to our house to measure the next morning! Very professional and concerned about getting the right product for his customer. It was a pleasure to work with such a helpful, personal salesman. We will contact Ian next time we need an appliance!

Great Service that Goes the Extra Mile Always great service that goes the extra mile. This particular time, I needed to purchase a chest freezer, and I was also having some issues with a refrigerator in our garage that was struggling during winter. Ian was so helpful, sending links to assist in troubleshooting. Slyman is always the first place I call when I am in need of an appliance!

Great Sales Assistance and Pricing I called about purchasing either a Bosch or KitchenAid dishwasher. Mike helped me weigh the pros and cons of both brands and assisted with evaluating the particular models. Slyman's price was the best I could find on the KitchenAid model that I selected. Mike quickly looked up the availability date, which was a few weeks out due to limitations caused by the pandemic. I later received a phone call moving the date up, which worked even better.

Slyman was great Slyman was great, more personal than the big box stores. The salesperson was not only knowledgeable in the products they sold, he also gave us personal opinions and suggestions which I felt were very useful. Now the best part, they will beat any price around and they make the buying process very easy and comfortable.
