GBOld lady needed help I received my 2 Wii remotes and (old lady here) could not get them to work for me. I contacted the help line and spoke to Ryan. He was very helpful and explained exactly what to do in order to sync my remotes. We spoke several times on the phone ( again, old lady here) and problem solved...YAY!! Great customer service.

GBRefurbished Wii console from Voomwa I bought a refurbished Wii console to replace one that had the CD drive motor fail. This purchase was exactly what I needed as I already had all the other components (remotes, sensor bar, cables, power cord, etc.). The purchase was easy and the shipping fast. So far it works perfectly. I hope I can update this review every anniversary with the same satisfaction.

GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a Wii for my daughter as a Christmas present. The processing time and shipping was great however the console does not work. It doesn't read disk nor will it allow you to connect to the internet. I emailed their support team as it's under a 180 day warranty. Let's see how this goes!

GBProfessional and Accomodating They were extremely professional and helpful via email! I ordered a couple of things and they delivered exactly when they estimated, the packaging was very compact and sturdy. Everything worked great, and even though I made a mistake in my order, they were extremely helpful in resolving it for me! There's no other place I'd recommend buying Wii hardware at least over this one, I hope I get the chance to shop from them again sometime!

GBPoor customer service again You seem to be more convinced about technology than customer service because I had reviled that I have not recieved my product on the 21st when promised but was told it was delivered on th23rd,REALLY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I WILL BE MAKING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD CO.PANY TOMMORROW!!!!!!
