Weary at first! Generous quick payout! At first I was weary of shipping my MacBook Pro to sell shark, it didn’t have a lot of reviews and the price I was given for my MacBook was the highest number any other website had given me. It took me awhile to actually send in my laptop but once it was sent and arrived I received my money immediately! I am definitely going to use sellshark again in the future!

Ten out of ten would recommend The guys at I tech shark were so helpful! I needed my phone screen replaced due to a massive crack, but I didn’t want to break the budget knowing that I would be upgrading my phone next week. They found a used screen in top condition and sold it to me at a discount. I was so grateful. I also used them 3-4 years ago for replacing a screen on an older phone and I remember their price being substantially lower than other companies. Great service, pleasant technicians, beautiful new space!

Smooth process Smooth experience. I was not informed prior to shipping that the battery health needed to be above 80 percent. Since I had gone to the trouble to mail it I just took the lower offer they came back with after my phone “failed inspection”. Be aware. The check did arrive as promised and I would use them again … after making sure I understood all the rules.

It LIVES!! My iPhone 8 Plus had a broken screen and I’ve heard of this company through 1057 The Point Rizzuto show and gave them a try and I was not disappointed I’m glad I didn’t loose anything the only down side was that my home button is a bit buggy but it is manageable. Zach and his team went above technically and their customer service was "all hands on deck". I received numerous update calls as to progress, and got explanations as they worked their way through the issues. The fee charged was, I thought, very low for the service I received.
