Misleading advertising!!! I think it’s kinda misleading that your advertising says that payment is received in 1 day. However after receiving the item you send an email saying it will be processed in 3-5 days. I’ve used your services twice now and both times I picked buybacktronics because of the time frame your advertising “claims” to provide payment even though 4-5 of your competitors had a higher payout. Since this is obviously a lie I won’t be selling my other two phones to your company. Why take less of a pay out and still have to wait just as long to get my money. You should try and be upfront about the way you actually do things, people are tired of big businesses using shady business practices!!!

Seller Beware I am confused and feel slighted by them. Their evaluation grading system was clear and concise. After inspection they then misused words to lower my evaluation. Only a small dollar amount but I felt played. They then apologized for their mistake, made excuses, and I accepted their offer. Be carefull!
