He was very thorough and made sure all the important details were crystal clear to us. Gladly now me and my family could all enjoy our new 5G smartphones and I'm glad that even my grandparents were happy about the switch from an old 3G flip that is old and dusty to a more modern experience even tho both are about the age of 80!
