GBMy interaction with Drone Tech Matthew… My interaction with Drone Tech Matthew was excellent! He immediately responded to my concerns about my DJI Mavic 3 Classic Drone not connecting to its Crontroller and that was after the drone was repaired for a smashed and severely damaged arm and returned to me. He immediately said to send it back and he would check it out a fix it if needed. Adding that there would be no additional charges for reexamining the drone, fixing it and shipping it back.
