Vibe has been a great addition! Vibe has been a great addition to the office! We chose Vibe because it was easy to use and connected almost seamlessly with our Google Workspace, where all of our work is done and stored. We regularly host hybrid Google Meets and Zoom meetings and it has changed the way we work as a team. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Vibe and think it is a great addition to anyone's office! The only reason I rated it with four stars, instead of five, is it is tedious to have to re-sign into the Google apps after each use and closure of the apps, but maybe I am missing a setting!

This company is doing absolutely everything right We have had our VIBE board for a few months now and are really just getting to figure out everything that is possible with it. What is truly remarkable is the support this company gives to it's customers. We have had an onboarding session with Ruth which was very helpful and any time we have reached out with any question we are supported quickly and more than I would ever expect in today's world. If you are thinking about a smartboard I would look no further. This company is doing absolutely everything right.

Poor Customer Service - Vibe doesn't work. We bought the 55" Vibe in March 2023 for our new offices. We finally got moved in April 2023. The Vibe worked initially, and then we started having problems with the TV powering on and off. We contacted Vibe and were to told update the system. We did the update and there was no change. We contacted Vibe back and got no response. They sent us a survey in November about how they did, which I replied they did not do good. It has been crickets from them since then. The Vibe concept is really ok, but overpriced and we don't use it because the power is unreliable and a pain to get turned on. Then it shuts off in the middle of our meetings. We tend to hook the laptop up to the 65" TV in the conference room and use zoom while the Vibe sits unused in the corner. This particular Vibe unit may have been a manufacturing defect, and it is unfortunate that we got that one, but the service from Vibe has been very bad on this. It's cool when it works, but frustrating overall due to the problems we've had. I just wish Vibe would stand behind their customer service and make this right.

Lifesaver for homeschooling This board has been a lifesaver for homeschooling! Not only are my kids able to watch but pause and write notes at the same time and screen save for study prep. My preschooler has taken advantage of being able to incorporate play with learning and is already establishing a live for learning thanks to the vibe board that helps bring textbooks to life through touch

Vibe was excellent to work with Vibe was excellent to work with. I contacted them when I had been awarded a grant to teach digital literacy classes in my community and the Vibe board was a perfect medium to do so. Vibe was easy to communicate with, flexible, and great at explaining everything.
