The process is legitimate and they do… The process is legitimate and they do pay you for your phone. Beforehand though, I reviewed my iPhone with an ATT rep, and they told me my phone was worth at least 600$ (not including other sellers quotes, trade-in 700$, etc.) plus the phone was in great condition. Anyway, I got a shipping label, and ultimately, sent off my phone to them. Later, I got an email from BuyBack Surgeons Rep indicating that my phone was not mint (which i understand- it's not new) but it was in great shape, 512GB and no scratches. Anyway, then they proceeded with offering me $405, not 495$ per their assessment (used, not mint). I accepted the lowball offer since I didn't want to fuzz with having them send it back to me. All in all, I would suggest to any seller to be patient and sell your phone on your own, locally if you can.

Patient and helpful Let me start by saying this company was both patient and helpful they helped me to understand the difference between a locked and an unlocked phone they were also able to give me a very fair price for my phone but most importantly, is finding a company you can trust online

I wrote a review assuming this was… I wrote a review assuming this was another scam company. After my experience with Jason I came to realize I was wrong. Jason was professional and exhibited great customer service as well as being knowledgeable. I tried to delete my 1st review but couldn't figure out how. I would give this company an 8 star if I could all because of Jason, he represents Buyback Surgeon well. I will most definitely refer this company to sell your use cell phones, and will be selling my iPhone watch series 7 because I no longer have my iPhone.
