Great Customer Service! My doctor was super helpful when my housing managers did not want to believe the validity of the letter. My doctor emailed them personally to validate it, stating that her and I have had multiple live sessions regarding my health. Once she sent this email, my housing had no choice but to accept the letter as valid and allow me to keep my Emotional Support Animal (cat) with me in my apartment. Thank you to my doctor and those who I talked with on the phone!
