I lost an Apple earbud in NYC I lost an Apple earbud in NYC, it fell out of my ear and rolled down a subway grate. Finding Recell Exchange for spare/used parts was exactly what I needed. They had the one I needed, and it came quick. They included instructions for pairing with my existing earbud and It worked exactly like it was supposed to. Excellent service

Better than going through 1st Party Replacement part delivered quickly and worked flawlessly. Customer service is also very quick to respond and will handle any questions you have. RecellExchange was quick and responsive. RecellExchange was quick and responsive. I needed assistance with the pairing of the new earbud to join my older remianing earbud. There was information via site and a pdf. My earbud was being grumpy and did not want to include the new earbud, the information was clear and concise and the chat box was right there! Outstanding support and very responsive. This is a great company!

Potential scam Company sent item that was never received. Tracking shows it is stuck in usps facility but this Company refuses to issue me a refund. Most companies take the loss to avoid customer service issues. Not this company they need to make sure they get paid before you get your money back.
