Careful packing and excellent tracking status updates, and reasonably low prices. (Only paid $21 and shipping was already included!) Couldn't ask for any better :-)

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and does NOT answer… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and does NOT answer emails. Took my money did not ship items. Emailed to find out WHERE the parcel was - they finally shipped "something" but tracking proves it was never delivered. I was worried about ordering through them originally because "Prune Danish" sounds like a FAKE site. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. 5 emails over 4 weeks and can't be bothered to answer any of them.

GBGreat customer service! I had moved before my order shipped and the USPS had sent my order back. Just a day after I realized that mistake I had contacted the customer service at PruneDanish and asked that they resend the case for my phone when it came back. Not only did they send a new case the NEXT DAY but I paid well below what I would have retail. Thank you so much for the phone case and the excellent customer service.

GBGreat price Great deivery I'm glad to say that this company lived up to an a American standard of supplying a product at a great price and good delivery during Covid. This is not always the way things go during Covid and I am in Chicago, halfway across the country. I'll order again and again.
