GBI shop at the Anaheim location and they… I shop at the Anaheim location and they always are happy to see people everybody there make sure to say hi to somebody that walks in. they work as a team and are very helpful. If I’m asking about a product and the person I’m dealing with is looking up the price for me and somebody else is not busy they’ll run and grab it and drop it off so I can see what I’m looking at. I really like that everybody there seems to be about customer service

GBWhen I went to pickup my online order When I went to pickup my online order, they said we don’t have the part you ordered. I asked why didn’t anyone call me? I put the order in 3 days ago! I drove 25min to North Hollywood pickup my order and had to cancel my appointment with my client that day. I lost about 1/2 day. From now I will call them before I go for online orders. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. You need to be more proactive about your online inventory.

GBYour crew in NOHO is the best in… Your crew in NOHO is the best in customer service. Arsen is always going the extra mile to get my orders processed and out the door. Arthur is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ed also very helpful and always get's me on my way with my product. Steve is the best tech support and has never let me down. Always called back and followed up on tech questions. Luis is great and can be a good reference for any product questions. Glendale, L.A., and Woodland hills stores are also very good and i wish Sylmar store was still open because it was close to my house. You have great stores and best customer service. Efren Ramirez

GBGreat selection and service! Great selection and all the staff are very helpful. My only issue is with a couple of recent online orders and inventory issues. Online says in stock, but in store not actually in stock at the location I wanted to go pick up at which is close to me. After placing my order, I ended up not getting communication on status of order, just a confirmation I made the order. Waited for a while and no communication on the status. Would think online orders would be checked, stock checked and communicated to the customer. If I had ordered for shipping, they would have sent me the wrong item. Luckily I always go to pick up my orders as I caught it right away, but the last 2 times I ordered online the experience was not the way I had expected it to be.
