The communication was great, the product was exactly as described and product was shipped promptly and arrived on-time. I requested (and received) a quantity discount on the product that I ordered which made the pricing even more competitive, especially during this time of supply chain delays and chip shortages. Received "factory refurbished" units Received "factory refurbished" units. No where on the listing page did it mention them being refurbished. Many other of your pages did. Felt deceived as they were not brand new.

Easy Exchange I wanted another HP monitor to match my work monitor. I didn’t realize that I ordered the wrong HP monitor until I opened it. Sam was very helpful in letting me return the monitor and sending me the monitor that matched my work monitor. I had to pay the shipping to send it back the monitor that I ordered incorrectly which is totally understandable but Sam sent out the other monitor right after receiving the one that I ordered by mistake. Great Customer Service. Thanks Sam. Greatly appreciated.

They are cheaper than the manufacturers… They are cheaper than the manufacturers and delivered within a couple of days of my order. I will certainly be using them again when I need to order more coffee
