Good experience with buydig/beach camera Beach camera/buydig was very helpful. The first TV I ordered had a problem, so beach replaced it with no difficulty. I would buy from them again.

Excellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Fantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful.
