We always use VisionGlobal Wifi… We always use VisionGlobal Wifi whenever any family member travels to Japan. It works great from Tokyo, to Osaka, to Hokkido. Customer service and price are good and is very convient to pick up and drop off.

Life saver! Device arrived in the mail well before departure date. It was already charged, so it was easy to turn it on to use upon arrival. Never had any connectivity issue while using for 10 days throughout travels in Japan. Battery life is good, but to prevent uninterrupted service, bring along a portable battery charger. Once I got home, simply returned with the return box. Super easy and convenient.

Best in customer service The Wifi connection is reliable. Never had any major issues of being disconnected. If data is slow, all I had to do is restart or refresh my phone connection. It's convenient and customer service is very responsive. They respond to emails and inquiries quickly and really finds ways on how to troubleshoot the issue.
