Excellent customer service I ordered a charger for my son's John Deere tractor. After 5 days of not receiving it I contacted the company. Apparently the post office lost my package. The company immediately issued a full refund. I would order from them again in the future.

Custom Battery Cables I purchased four custom battery cables from 2xPower and am very pleased with the product and the speed of shipping. The custom battery cables were made exactly to how I ordered them on the website, which made installation quick and easy. The cables were higher priced than other battery cables, but the high quality and the ability to customize them exactly what I wanted definitely justified the cost. I will not have to buy another set of battery cables for that vehicle for another 30 years.

Communication throughout the ordering process was spot on so i had no questions on where the product was between order and delivery. Great and intuitive interface I really enjoyed how intuitive the website interface was for ordering battery cables. I would suggest adding the ability to select adding one or two 6 to 10 AWG pigtails to 1/0 and 2/0 battery cables. Helps give a factory look to the customers project that way.

I would not hesitate to use 2XPower again!!! I ordered two Deltran battery charger adapters, and chose the free mailing option. They both arrived ahead of the estimate and were in fact authentic Deltran and not some off brand. Great products, prices and service. These guys are good.
