For the price, it’s wonderfully surprising to have so many features and the quality is outstanding too! The upgrade on their software really amazed us. It solved the audio problem we were initially having. They had more frequent updates since. During this time, I’m assuming the software is more stable and therefore more reliable. We have purchased 7 more for our remote sites and meeting rooms.

GBSimply the Best I am in the retail business, and I manage a store in one of the busiest malls in the city. I can't tell you how many video conferencing cameras I have tested over the years, but Coolpo is definitely my favorite. It's reliable, has good aftersales service, and is secure. The quality is also much better than most other business webcams out there.

GBVery satisfied ! It was really useful to be able to have the main video automatically concentrate in on the speaker. My team enjoys...being able to communicate directly with the team on the other side rather than having to peer around the backs of people's heads. It's difficult to put into words how much better a dynamic meeting video can be when using the PANA; it's like having a multi-camera television studio in your conference room.

GBGood features are greater than the drawback The Coolpro is very intuitive in selecting speakers. I believe it also locates by movement? Since our meeting is composed of several people talking, we believe it’s very effective. Unlike the traditional cameras, It “adjusts” to our angle so we don't have to awkwardly face forwared. They have amazing microphones but does not pickup far enough for our bigger conference rooms. It works wonders on our huddle room which is great!
