Customer service at it's finest Spoke with a rep, clarified a few issues i had in ordering, and I'll be getting a Samsung 8550 withing a couple of weeks. He was knowledgeable and show me (texted picture) not only the tv he was going to ship but reviews and technical information on Cnet website in regards of Samsung tv panels. I look forward to receiving it. So far a great experience.

Bought a 65 inch LG OLED and returned … Bought a 65 inch LG OLED and returned it unopened with a return approval. Item was shipped by Fedex and the tracking # showed that it was delivered and signed. This business has several names and they sell on amazon. Do not use them as they are dishonest and, apparently do not give a whoot about their reputation...

Late intervention saves the day? I ordered a LG Electronics 60LB7100 through NiceElectronics website on Cyber Monday. After having an issue with stockage, Alfred (a manager) got in contact with me and wanted to make it right. He worked with me to come up with a solution that met my needs without any additional costs. I am still waiting for my product, but I am much more convinced that this company wants to do the right thing. Once I actually receive the product, I will edit this review (again) with my final thoughts on the transaction. For now, I am giving them 5/5 due to the personal intervention of the manager.

Great service, amazing pricing, and NICE people! Recently purchased a 64" Samsung Plasma F8500. A top end plasma tv, that has won several awards, but is sadly being phased out by Samsung. Luckily Nice Electronics had several in stock, and I had the pleasure to work with (NAME) who provided great information about the set, offered amazing pricing, and followed through with the order. He also offered a wall mount and additional insurance, to which I went for the wall mount since I will be mounting the set. I declined the insurance however. I appreciate (NAME) service mentality as he was looking out for my needs and wants, and not just to make a sale. He was responsive to my questions and emails before the sale, and followed up with me to make sure the order went through.
